Farm to Table Dinner

Our spring-time Farm to Table dinner highlighted many of our own non-GMO, organic vegetables.

Operation No Food Gap hosted 55 people at the Urban Farm on Blue Heron Boulevard in Riviera Beach, Florida.

​

We were joined by Sheree Wolliston, VP of Health Strategies, American Heart Association, Asst. City Manager Deidre Jacobs, Tanya Palmer, Chief Program Officer, Children Services Council PBC, Jonathan Brown, Director Housing and Economic Development, Palm Beach County, April Krebs, Special Projects Manager, Mounts Botanical Garden Palm Beach County, and many more wonderful supporters.

Chef CesArt used our beets for a fabulous beet hummus appetizer, lettuce from the garden was in the salad, and our organic cabbage wrapped a delicious salmon main dish.
